The Tuscan Christmas Table
Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the Christmas season as it would be celebrated in the Tuscan countryside.
Longtime CCKC culinary instructor Chef Gary Hild invites you to join him in the kitchen as he teaches you to prepare an unforgettable regional Italian meal featuring the foods of Tuscany.
On the menu will be Tuscan-Style Steak complete with a shower of balsamic, olive and fresh herbs, along with a classic and delightfully flavorful Lemon Tagliatelle with Pine Nuts & Fresh Parmesan, not to mention a glorious starter, salad and side dish. Dessert could be none other than Tiramisu.
You’ll get some hands-on cooking time next to this engaging chef, too. What a spectacular way to celebrate the Christmas season with friends, business associates or that special someone. Saluti!

NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
