Longtime CCKC culinary instructor and healthy cooking expert Chef Gary Hild is in ‘da house to show you how it’s done as he shares his tips to prepare this very doable and tasty meatless menu.
Chef Gary has helped thousands of students learn to create restaurant quality cuisine using fresh ingredients. He's a firm believer that healthy cooking and plant-based meals are nothing short of culinary medicine, and he’s excited to share some of his favorite tried-and-true plant-based holiday recipes with you.
