A Sophisticated French Cooking Class Celebrating The Flavors Of Provence

If a vacation to Provence in the south of France isn’t on your winter travel itinerary, come have dinner with us. Chef Dana Holland will transport you there via your taste buds in the form of a French cooking class and learn how to make a lovely menu for your friends featuring traditional ingredients and specialties from Provence, in the the south of France. 

Chef Dana is an experienced culinary professional and will teach essential culinary techniques as he explores dishes from this gorgeous region with this lovely Provence-inspired menu. Chef is an avid traveler and has spent significant time in the south of France. In fact, he started his culinary career cooking in French restaurants and is excited to explore the food he loves from this romantic region with a Provence-inspired menu. 

You’ll be greeted with a lovely glass of French Rose that you’ll sip on along with Salmon Pate with Grilled Asparagus appetizers.  Then, you’ll enjoy a fresh salad before moving on to our show-stopping entrée, Beef Daube, a popular Provencal dish, and more.  For dessert, it doesn’t get any more French than Strawberry Crêpes…. made from scratch!  Ooh La La!

You’ll get your hands in on the cooking activities as you work alongside Chef Dana and help prepare some of tonight’s dishes.
