Today, experienced culinary instructor Chef Dana Holland will teach all the basics knife cuts and you’ll also get significant hands on practice as you’re guided with his expert instruction.
In addition, Chef Dana will explore proper knife use, care, how to purchase and store… even sharpening techniques.
