‘Up Close & Personal’ With A Pastry Chef: Caramel-icious!
In our world, nothing comes close to the perfection that is caramel. That silky creamy “just leave me alone for a minute” kinda feeling you get when you nosh on a homemade caramel. The secret is in the simple technique and in using the correct ingredients.
In this one-of-a-kind caramel-a-thon, pastry Chef Natasha Goellner, shares her expertise on the art of making the perfect caramel. Chef Natasha is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott’s and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room, so you’ll be learning from a ‘real deal’ culinary professional! Chef Natasha will teach essential techniques and tips as we make (and sample) decadent Salted Caramels.
A perfect class to learn how to make these tasty treasures at home so you’ll be able to make them for unique gifts on special holidays, or just to enjoy all by yourself.
