Take your desserts beyond the ordinary and into the realm of extraordinary as Pastry Chef Erik Sharp teaches fundamental baking skills to create a trio of simply marvelous desserts: Chocolate Roulade, a lovely Pear Frangipane Tart and one of his favorite specialty cheesecakes that will surprise and delight when sliced.
You’ll also get to tie on an apron and work alongside him in this 3-hour class as you prepare your own tart to take home and show off to your family. Erik has many years of baking and pastry experience, so you’ll be learning from one of the best.
