You’ll learn much from Chef Erik Sharp as he walks you through the steps to create fabulous cream puffs and more – from start to finish.
You’ll sit back and relax while Chef Erik shows off essential techniques learned from his many years of baking experience as he explores basic measuring techniques, discusses the ingredients, and more while demonstrating how to make the perfect Pâte à Choux dough.
Then, he’ll make savory Gougeres (cream puff appetizers) that you’ll be able to taste while he teaches the rest of today’s pastry items like light and airy Cream Puffs. Hold onto your chef hats though, because Chef will also cover fabulous variations, shapes and finishes like the ever-popular Éclair; and more. Of course, you’ll learn how about amazing fillings for our beautiful baked pastries and discover the proper ways to fill them.
