An ‘Up Close & Personal’ Date Night Dinner with Chef Jill (Class Added on 4/10)

Join us for a very special limited-enrollment gourmet cooking class specially designed just for twosomes. Cozy up for some serious 'up close and personal' cooking instruction with a seasoned culinary instructor. 

Expect lots of hands-on time (no, not that kind of “hands-on,” silly) as you tie on an apron and work together under the direction of our own CCKC Lead Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt. You'll love her teaching style, which is relaxed and easy to understand, and sprinkled with lots of humor. 

Chef Jill is a culinary pro so you’re in for a special treat when she walks you through helpful and practical culinary tips and techniques such as whisking, basic knife skills, sauce-making tips and more to ensure that you two continue to heat up your own kitchens together in the future!

Our romantic dinner menu consists of a delicious Four Cheese Souffle, Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Grits. a tasty wine-glazed side dish, a homemade Bread Pudding with fancy-schmancy Crème Anglaise sauce and more.  

What a fabulous dinner date experience filled with fabulous flavors and lots of one-on-one hands-on cooking time with a culinary pro.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
