(No Longer Available) Couples Learn The Art of Sauce-Making with Chef Gary Hild

Here’s another fun night in the kitchen during our 'Weekend of Love' class schedule for Valentine’s Day!

It’s that final touch that makes all the difference!  Tonight you’ll need to grab your “luvva” and join us as you learn how to make some classic and contemporary sauces. 

Experienced culinary instructor and Executive Chef Gary Hild teaches one of our most popular cooking topics – the art of sauce-making!  He’ll introduce you and your favorite someone to the basic Mother Sauces: tomato, Velouté, Bechamel, Espagnole and Hollandaise. Heck, we’ll even learn a “fancy pants” Crème Anglaise! 

Chef will also teach different types of roux and other thickening agents, stocks, building upon the basic sauces, application of sauces in relevant recipes and meal menus.

Our tasting menu will include several dishes that utilize these “saucy” gems and you’ll get your hands in the sauce, too… promise!

Kick up your cooking repertoire and have a fun evening stirring things up with your honey to boot!
