Trying to institute the meatless Monday approach to eating, or perhaps just looking for some really good vegetarian dishes to add to your recipe file? Recipes that you can customize and call your own? Here’s the ticket.
Chef Dana Holland is an experienced cooking instructor and has some killer plant-based recipes up his sleeve for you tonight. He’ll lay some culinary knowledge on you like basic knife skills, mixing, measuring and more, as he teaches fantastic meatless recipes in an easy-to-understand way - along with lots of tips on how to incorporate veggies into your meals, how to spice up your veggie-based dishes with flavor, and lots more.
You’ll be adding these gems to your meatless Monday (and Tue… and Wed… etc.) straight away! Dishes like a mouth-watering fire-roasted dip, a savory soup and yummy roasted cauliflower salad. Then on to a creamy oven-baked risotto and an amazing (and pretty darn fancy) dessert that’s sure to wow.
