Class Description: 

Sweet little bites of lovely goodness that are decorated in a sophisticated or whimsical way are showing up at weddings, showers, birthday parties and office events. Learn new ways to create and decorate these tasty tidbits with pretty spring designs like flowers, hearts, and more using fondant icing and decorations... and modeling chocolate! Did we get your attention?

Today’s instructor, Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner, is an expert with years of pastry experience under her belt.  She’s a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, former owner of Mulberry & Mott’s (Country Club Plaza, KC) and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room.  Yep, she's the real deal! 

In this sweet decorating class, Chef Natasha demonstrates various decorating techniques like cake leveling tips, crumb coating and piping. Imagine the “oohs & ahhs” when you recreate these beauties at home and display them on your Easter buffet table or family & friends gatherings! Recipes, tricks and tips provided.
