The Tuscan Table

Tonight, you’ll immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the Tuscan countryside. Longtime CCKC culinary instructor Chef Gary Hild invites you to join him in the kitchen as he teaches you to prepare an unforgettable regional Italian meal featuring the foods of Tuscany.
On the menu will be Tuscan-Style Steak complete with a shower of balsamic, olive and fresh herbs along with a classic and delightfully flavorful Lemon Tagliatelle with Pine Nuts & Fresh Parmesan, not to mention a glorious starter, salad and side dish. Your fabulous dessert will be none other than Tiramisu. You’ll get some hands-on cooking time next to this engaging chef, too.
What a spectacular way to enjoy a Saturday night out with friends or that special someone. Saluti!

PLEASE NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request. Both students would need to be comfortable with the request to be seated together. Thank you!
