A Taste of the Mediterranean

The foods of the Mediterranean cuisine are to die for. It consists of simple, fresh ingredients and its wide range of health benefits are well-known to many. Simply put, this style of eating can change your life.
Tonight, Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will explore several classic Mediterranean dishes. Along the way, Chef Jill also teach essential cooking techniques that can easily be incorporated into your everyday meals. You're going to love her easy-to-understand teaching style that's both informative and sprinkled with humor.
Get ready to tie on an apron and help prepare some of tonight’s menu items like Preserved Lemons, a versatile recipe that boasts a variety of uses, Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Vegetables and Grapes , Steamed Aromatic Salmon with Vegetables, Saffron and Capers, and Whole Grain Pasta Salad with Fruits and Greens.

PLEASE NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request. Both students would need to be comfortable with the request to be seated together. Thank you!
