Ask questions and have the instructor answer them LIVE! Take your skills in the kitchen up a tasty notch. Long on and join our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt for a flavorful culinary experience as she teaches some of her favorite cuisine in beautiful recipes inspired by the flavors of the southwest. Not only is Chef Jill passionate about teaching others to cook, she's also tons of fun!
The menu she'll cover tonight will include gems like Mini Avocado Toast with Grilled Shrimp and Chipotle Bacon (you heard me… bacon!), a cool Santa Fe-inspired salad, Blue Corn Enchiladas, Chili Rellenos with a kick-butt chile sauce, Natilla with Berries.
