Yup!  We'll be sharing the same amazing culinary education you'd get if your backside were in a seat in our kitchens, except you can be in your jammies (we won't judge!).  Take notes.  Ask questions and have the instructor answer them LIVE!  Take your skills in the kitchen up a tasty notch.  We promise it'll feel a whole lot like you're here AND you'll be practicing safe social-distancing (See what we did there?) Class Description:

Join us for an evening of cooking instruction with a seasoned culinary instructor, Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt.  She's passionate about cooking and her teaching style is easy-to understand and sprinkled with lots of humor.To put is mildly, Chef Jill is a delight.

You’re in for a special treat when she walks you through helpful and practical culinary tips and techniques such as whisking, basic knife skills, and more to ensure that you leave with the knowledge and confidence to re-create tonight’s dishes in your own home. 

Our beautiful dinner menu is the perfect combination of comfort food and elegance.  It consists of a fancy-schmancy Four Cheese Souffle, savory Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Grits, following by a tasty wine-glazed side dish and ends with the ultimate ‘feel good’ dessert - homemade Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise.  

What a fabulous cooking experience filled with soothing flavors and lots of pro cooking tips with a seasoned instructor.
