Cookie Decorating: Piping, Flooding & Other Cool Techniques

Take your cookie decorating skills to the next level in this fun and interactive class.
Experienced instructor, Rachel Van Stratton will begin by showing you how to make Royal Icing. Then, she’ll dive into decorating techniques like consistencies, coloring, piping, flooding practice, and learning about decorating supplies like tipless bags and scribe tools.
You’ll get down and dirty into the decorating details as you practice what you’ve learned and work on colorful spring flower designs. Valuable step-by-step hands-on experience as well as written instructions and practice sheets.
(Note: Intro to Cookie Decorating is not a pre-requisite to this class.)

PLEASE NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
