Harmonizing primary flavors lies at the heart of Thai cooking. Tonight’s expert instructor, Chef Cynthia Samsel, has a passion for Asian cooking and will show you essential cooking techniques as she teaches the fundamentals of cooking authentic Thai cuisine.
You’ll sip on a Thai Iced Tea as you work next to Chef Cynthia, showing off her mad cooking skills while teaching you how to prepare Beef Satay Skewers with a spicy Peanut Sauce, Chicken and Vegetable Yellow Curry and Jasmine Rice, a light Cucumber Relish and Ground Beef Larb Salad. We’ll end our yummy Thai meal with Sticky Rice with Fresh Mango and Coconut Cream, a delightful sweet dessert.
