We love homemade comfort food, and nothing is more comforting that a Fried Chicken Dinner. This down-home southern cuisine is highly flavorful and craved by everyone!
Join instructor/Chef Dana Holland, as he teaches essential culinary techniques while walking you through the steps to make Classic Buttermilk Fried Chicken with the crispiest, most flavorful crunchy outside with moist and juicy meat on the inside. (psst… the secret is the brine).
Chef Dana has a real knack for taking the foods you know and love, and spinnin’ them for a bit of a surprise, a little bit of “wow,” and a little somethin' extra. Prepare yourself for some culinary magic as puts his twist on classic favorites like wicked good Mashed Potatoes, Schlumpy Green Beans (Chef’s fresh version of classic pot licker beans) and finally, a Rock-Your-Socks Ice Cream Sundae (including a special sauce with a “kick”) to satisfy your sweet tooth.
