Class Description: 

Join Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt for some online cooking fun and outstanding Mexican cuisine.

Walk the streets of any Mexican city and you’ll find authentic foods being served up to long lines of hungry customers from food trucks and snack wagons. And let me tell you, these mini mobile kitchens, trucks and snack wagons have their loyal followers… and for good reason! This food is to die for! 

Chef Jill is passionate about Mexican cuisine and is eager to show you how to prepare some of her favorites. She’ll lay some culinary knowledge on you as she teaches essential techniques while teaching you to make fabulous Carne Asada – a perfect base for yummy street tacos. And follow up with a lesson on spicy Chicken Fajitas… made from scratch! Yum!

C’mon… let’s take a culinary trip south-of-the border.  You can even wear your sombrero if you want to… we won’t tell anyone!
