Expect to learn a lot under the direction of our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt. She’s an engaging culinary instructor and with a teaching style that’s relaxed and sprinkled with humor.
Chef Jill is a culinary pro so you’re in for a special treat when she walks you through helpful and practical culinary tips and techniques such as whisking, basic knife skills, and more as you learn to prepare tonight’s fabulous feast.
Our outstanding menu consists of a delicious Four Cheese Souffle (fancy schmancy, huh?), Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Grits. tasty wine-glazed side dish and a fabulous homemade Bread Pudding with impressive Crème Anglaise. A unique culinary experience filled with extraordinary flavors.

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
