Tonight’s instructor, Chef Richard McPeake, has developed a passion for seafood over the years with extensive experience at some of the best seafood restaurants in the country. He actually designed the original recipes for a local seafood favorite, the Bristol Bar & Grill,  right here in KC. Yep, you might say he has a bit of a “fishy” past, but you can rest assured you’ll be learning from one of the best in the business.

The Maryland Crab Cake recipe he’ll teach tonight is the real deal - Winner of “Best Crab Cake” Baltimore/DC 4 years in a row! - and loaded with sweet crab meat and fresh ingredients. He’ll dive right in and share tips for putting it all together as well as lots of essential culinary techniques as you learn to make these yummy cakes from scratch.

But wait… there’s more! Chef Richard will also show you how to finish off the crab cakes by teaching his own fresh Corn Relish recipe, plus he’ll show off his mad sauce-making skills while whisking up a beautiful homemade Remoulade Sauce.
