Are you feeling under pressure?  Let's make sure it’s dinner and not YOU!  Learning electric pressure cooking fundamentals (and yes, that includes the Instant Pot!) can totally change your life. 

Join Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt in this informative online class where you’ll learn some pro tips on how (and why) this life-changing small appliance deserves serious consideration, as well as why it should be rescued from the small appliance graveyard in your basement.  (You know who you are!)

Chef Jill loves to try out new equipment and the Instant Pot has easily become one of her favorites… ’cause she’s a busy gal and it allows her to get food prepped done in a fraction of the time. And, you can too! 

Chef Jill will break down the various parts and functions of an electric pressure cooker and will demonstrate some tasty recipes, from start to finish.  As always, you’ll get detailed recipes for all the dishes you learn in class so you can recreate them in your own kitchen. 

Expect to learn lots of great information and take loads of notes in this interesting class!
