Chocolate Desserts and Wine? Oh yes, you can! Ladies, round up your gal pals and join us for a fun evening of indulgent and tasty combinations that will take you straight to culinary heaven!

There’s an art and a science to pairing chocolate with wine, and we have the perfect instructor to show us how it’s done.  Chef Andrew Kneessy has extensive food and wine knowledge under his belt and has cooked at some of the finest establishments all over the world. His resume even includes cooking for Presidents Bush and Clinton at The White House. He’s the real deal, girls.

Tonight, he’ll share his talents as you learn to make a trio of decadent chocolate desserts that make perfect endings for a romantic dinner for your sweetie or for entertaining at your next dinner party.  On our menu: Molten Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse and Chocolate Pana Cotta. With each lovely dessert creation, we’ll sniff, swirl and taste a perfectly paired wine selection chosen by Chef.

A great girls’ night out class with an experienced Chef and oenophile!
