Pinterest ain’t got nuttin’ on Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner.  She's a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and past owner of Mulberry & Mott's (Country Club Plaza, KC) and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room so rest assured you're learning from one of the best in the biz.

In this morning's 2-hour class, she will teach you how to create amazing 'cupcake bouquets' that you can re-create at home.  With just a bit of education from a pro, you’ll know how to create life-like flowers and more.

Chef Natasha will touch on the basics of making perfect icing, how to prep and fill a pastry bag, and of course all the newest and most innovative designs using the popular Russian Tips to create fabulous flowers and other exciting designs. The results are nothing short of stunning!

Heck, we’ll even send you home with one of those Russian Tips today!  (You’re welcome).

NOTE: For Onsite Classes,
when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.  Both students would need to be comfortable with the request to be seated together. Thank you!
