High On The Hog! How To Smoke Pork with Bruce Campbell
Pork lovers unite! This morning, it’s all-things pork as an award-winning BBQ expert leads you in a porkalicious class that focuses on basic BBQ tips and techniques to achieve juicy, finger licking pork, every time.
Bruce will get things started with a lesson on how to select, trim, and prepare several varieties of Pork Ribs – Spareribs, Loin Back Ribs and St. Louis Cut ribs. Then, he’ll teach basic techniques for smoking a Pork Butt.
Throughout class, Bruce will share lots of foolproof BBQ and smoking tips like how to choose the perfect smoker, starting and maintaining a fire, wood choices, and rubs & sauces that pair perfectly with smoked pork.
