ONSITE CLASS! Vegetarian Dishes For Everyone with Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt
Here's your chance to sit right in our kitchens with Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt as she also teaches the online version of this special class. Yup. You’ll interact with Chef in an intimate kitchen setting but we know why you’re really here…the smells, the wine, the “behind the scenes” experience and oh yes…the TASTES! That’s what we thought.
Here’s the class description:
If you’re looking for some easy-peasy vegetarian dishes to add to your recipe file, then this is the class for you. CCKC Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt says that eating vegetarian doesn’t always have to be about canned vegetables and cooked carrots. She’ll lead this informative cooking class while teaching tasty meatless dishes with a focus on cooking tips for fresh seasonal vegetables and hearty grains. These are healthy recipes that your whole family will love.

In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
