Here's your chance to sit right in our kitchens with Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt as she also teaches the online version of this special class.  Yup.  You’ll interact with Chef in an intimate kitchen setting but we know why you’re really here…the smells, the wine, the “behind the scenes” experience and oh yes…the TASTES!   That’s what we thought.

So, you’ve figured out how to make basic recipes in your air fryer but you want to do MORE with it? Chef and Lead Culinary Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is ready to step into the rescue with some interesting recipes that take your air fryer recipe repertoire to the next level.

With a teaching style that's easy to understand and her infectious enthusiasm for all things cooking, Chef Jill will make this class a treat. Plus, the air-fryer is one of her favorite pieces of equipment to get simple, quick meals on the table in a snap.

You’ll sit back and relax as Chef Jill shares her air fryer tips and secrets while preparing tasty recipes like Spice-Rubbed Steak with Snap Pea and Cucumber Salad and more, before your very eyes... and you'll get to taste everything in informative class, too.

NOTE: For Onsite Classes, when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.  Both students would need to be comfortable with the request to be seated together.
