A Championship BBQ Menu with American Royal Winner Chef Todd Johns (Plowboys BBQ)
Help us welcome the American Royal World Series of BBQ Winner (2009) and owner of Plowboys BBQ Restaurants, Chef Todd Johns, for a fun night of killer BBQ recipes, refreshing cocktails and culinary education from a ‘real deal’ expert.
Chef Todd is a culinary innovator and has created some recipes that will blow you away such as Risotto Stuffed Brisket and his famous Burnt Ends Chili. He’s in the house tonight to give you the ins and outs of his 'BBQ game'…and folks, this guy’s got game! He enjoys pairing booze with his BBQ as well, so you’re in for a treat as he shows you some specialty cocktails that he has invented too.
It’ll be a night of smoky wonder and delectable food… and stories. This guy's full of ‘em.
