Pizza On The Grill with Chef Todd Johns
There is no end to the possibilities once you learn the basics of cooking pizza on the grill. Talk about a versatile technique that can be used year-round… and the yummy end results are in a league of their own.
Today, Chef Todd Johns will lead our grilled pizza-making class as you learn (and make) fresh pizza dough from scratch, a variety of tasty toppings, as well as expert techniques & tips on how to cook your pizza creations perfectly on a grill.
Chef will also walk you through the steps to make a homemade Pizza Sauce, that will be used as a base for an ‘oh-so-good’ Grilled Margherita Pizza and more interesting pizza creations.

We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing.
