Learn To Make Cake Pops
Welcome cake decorating expert Teresa Stoner in this pastry arts class that will show you how to make a sweet and incredibly popular dessert sensation – Cake Pops.
There are some tricks and tips that you should know… and Teresa can teach you because she has been making gorgeous cake pop creations for years.
You’ll learn how to make the perfect cake consistency for dipping into luscious melted chocolate. She’ll cover the multi-color swirl technique and a little trick to perfectly dip strawberries with not even a flat side!!
You’ll learn proper temperatures for the chocolate, dipping techniques and, of course, the decorating styles and variations. Plus, the techniques to make fancy-schmancy gold chrome pops. Teresa will also discuss equipment and materials you need to create these tasty treasures at home.
Finally, you’ll get in on some of the decorating action as you do a bit of “dipping and decorating” and take home a couple of made-it-myself cake pop creations.

NOTE: For Onsite Classes,when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
