The Swanky Holiday Table featuring Beef Wellington with Chef Richard McPeake

The fire will be roaring, the tables perfectly set and waiting for you with candles glowing. This evening The Culinary Center of Kansas City will be filled with the sights, smells, sounds… and warmth of the holiday season.

Come in from the chill and join culinary instructor and award-winning Executive Chef Richard McPeake for a very special holiday celebration filled with fine food, festive music and fancy schmancy Beef Wellington.

Raise your glasses as we celebrate with a lovely 5-course feast that includes Coquille St. Jacque for your appetizer, followed by Chef’s famous Grilled Caesar Salad with Parmesan Tuiles.  

Our elegant entrée this evening, Beef Wellington with Mushroom Duexelle and Bordelaise Sauce, will simply take your breath away.  We’ll savor Roasted Baby Carrots with Dill Butter, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Dessert will be Chef McPeake's Award-Winning Chocolate Mocha Roll - a treasure of extremely decadent chocolate.

You’ll leave with all of the recipes so you can re-create this fabulous meal at your own dinner parties at home. Tonight will be a great time to unwind and celebrate the season with family, friends or business associates. Cheers!
