Cauliflower is everywhere these days! You’ll find it used as an easy substitute for potatoes, rice and pasta simply because this super nutritious vegetable is packed with tons of good-for-you vitamins and antioxidants and is very versatile in its uses.
Culinary instructor and plant-based cooking expert, Chef LaDonna Johnson will lead tonight’s tasty class as she shines the light on the health benefits of cauliflower and shows you how to use it as a key ingredient for a cozy, comforting winter family-friendly dishes (or enjoy them solo on the sofa, straight out of the pan. No judgement. You do you.)
Chef LaDonna will teach essential culinary techniques as she shows you how to incorporate cauliflower into powerfully tasty dishes like Cauliflower Steaks, a creamy Risotto, soup and a spicy appetizer, plus a versatile Cauliflower Mash recipe that you'll use over and over again. These super dishes are so close to the real thing even the kids and hubby won't know they are eating cauliflower - and if you don’t tell them, neither will we!

We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
