Pasta Love! Handmade Pasta with Two Perfectly Paired Italian Sauces

There is no substitute for fresh pasta in your favorite recipes. So, join us for this interactive cooking class as your experienced culinary instructor, Bruce Campbell, teaches you the simple steps to making homemade egg pasta. 

He’ll get your evening started with a lovely salad. Then, the cooking fun begins as you throw an apron on and learn the “well” technique as you work alongside Bruce to make homemade Fettuccine, as well as cheese-filled Tortellini.  Bruce will also teach you how to make two classic Italian sauces, Marinara and Creamy Carbonara, to enjoy with your fresh pasta. 

As if this isn’t enough Italian love for one night, you will enjoy a perfectly paired Italian wine to sip with the pasta dinner you’ve helped prepare.  We’ll finish our Italian feast with Fresh Berries and Zabaglione for dessert.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost. 

NOTE: For Onsite Classes,when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.  Both students would need to be comfortable with the request to be seated together.
