It’s all about salmon this evening, and nobody understands it better than longtime CCKC culinary instructor Chef Gary Hild. He knows that eating salmon on a regular basis can result in huge changes in our health. Rich in protein, essential vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids (an essential fatty acid that benefits the heart), salmon in your diet can quickly jumpstart your road to healthier living.
Join us for an informative class as you learn how to cook salmon, the right way. Chef Gary will explore ways to incorporate more fish into our diets. His years of experience and informative teaching style will send you away with lots of great information and the confidence to make cooking salmon at home a snap!
Chef will start his exploration of all things salmon as he shares his expert tips and techniques to cleaning, deboning and skinning a whole salmon. Then, he’ll dazzle you as he prepares a few French-inspired salmon recipes, including a Stuffed Salmon in Puffed Pastry.

NOTE: For Onsite Classes,when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated. We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.
