Just in time for the peak of the holiday season, here are some scrumptious make-ahead recipes that can be prepared days in advance.  They’ll simplify your busy calendar and allow you more time to enjoy the season and still have delicious dishes you can freeze ahead of time to bring to the family get-togethers or pop them in the oven to serve up for guests at your home.

Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will show you how to use the magic of make-ahead techniques while throwing in a few expert time-saving tips to boot! You’re welcome. 

Get ready to learn some of Chef Jill’s all-time favorite make-ahead dishes, such as Tortilla Soup, Vegetable Strata and a Tuscan Chicken Pasta Bake. Yum! They’re sure to get lots of rave reviews, and all can be put together at the drop of Santa’s hat.
