Step away from the same ‘ole Christmas party fare as we head south-of-the-border for a spicy holiday cooking class. 

Traditional dishes play a big role in Mexican Christmas family celebrations.  Tonight, you’ll be treated to an authentic cooking celebration with an experienced instructor, and a true Mexican cooking expert.

You’ll be greeted with a special Mexican-inspired cocktail and appetizer.  Then we will go straight into our cooking lesson as our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt shows you how to create the fabulous food of this Christmas celebration.

Anyone who knows Chef Jill knows that she is passionate about all-things-Mexican and is ready to share her talents and expert cooking skills as she shows you how to prepare an authentic dinner featuring traditional Mexican celebration dishes such as Mole con Pollo, Arroz Mexicano, Sweet Tamales and more!

Feel free to wear your favorite ugly Christmas sweater to this unique holiday celebration… and maybe even that sombrero you bought on your trip to Cancun! Feliz Navidad!
