The Tuscan Christmas Table with Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt

Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the Christmas season as it would be celebrated in the Tuscan countryside.

Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt invites you to join her in the kitchen as she teaches you to prepare an unforgettable regional Italian meal featuring the foods of Tuscany.   

On the menu will be Tuscan-Style Steak complete with a shower of balsamic, olive and fresh herbs, along with a classic and delightfully flavorful Lemon Tagliatelle with Pine Nuts & Fresh Parmesan, not to mention a glorious starter, salad and side dish. Dessert could be none other than Tiramisu. 

What a spectacular way to celebrate the Christmas season with friends, business associates or that special someone. Saluti!
