The Wine-y Girls’ Wine Club: How To Pair Wine, Cheese & Chocolate for Holiday Entertaining
The festive season is upon us and for many, that means entertaining and indulging in our favorite food and drink. Grab your besties and join us for a fun Girls-Only holiday class that brings together three divine creations that all ladies adore... Wine, Cheese and Chocolate.
Certified Sommelier Brent Grider will guide you through some basic wine pairing guidelines that will make it easy to choose the wines that pair best with cheese and chocolate for your holiday gatherings and beyond.
It's your opportunity to learn to pair wine like a pro as Brent leads you through a 2-hour exploration into a trilogy of decadent delights. You’ll sit back and relax as he leads you through the sensual contrasts and flavors that each element of this class brings to the experience -- the crisp acidity, mouth-filling robustness or smooth viscosity of great wine; the sharp, subtly sweet or complexity of fine cheese; and the rich luxury of superior chocolate, ranging from creamy milk to intensely dark. We’ve got one word for this informative class… Yummy!
Of course, there will be tastings along the way as you experience the magic that happens when you properly pair wine with chocolate and cheese.
Santa says, ""No whining allowed, ladies" but you will have a great time tasting wine (and chocolate and cheese!) in a Girls Night Out adventure that’s packed with delicious education as you kick back and enjoy a stress-free night out celebrating the holiday season with your favorite gal pals.
