(No Longer Available) Favorite Holiday Dishes With A Healthy Twist!

You know that holiday that centers around FOOD and EATING… the one that causes such anxiety for those of us trying to watch our weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle? We’re here to tell you that you CAN have it all – good food that is full of flavor AND good-for-you to boot.
Healthy cooking expert Chef LaDonna Johnson is in ‘da house and eager to share some of her favorite holiday dishes to help get you through the season.
She’ll cover several cooking options like plant-based, gluten-free, vegan and more, as you learn fabulous recipes such as a comforting noodle soup, Shepherd’s Pie (using leftover Thanksgiving turkey, as well as a gluten-free option), and an oh-so-yummy butternut squash side dish.
Chef LaDonna knows that everyone wants sweet treats during the holidays, so she will end with a Pumpkin Cheesecake with a surprise ingredient.
Don’t miss this informative cooking class where you’ll learn that it IS possible to indulge in your favorite holiday foods… the healthy way!
(Please be advised that tonight’s class will include some dishes that are not gluten-free. In addition, our kitchens work with gluten flours and other ingredients, so this class would not be suitable for someone who cannot be in the same room/area where gluten is handled.)
