Everyday Asian… including a Lesson on Dumplings & More!
Asian cuisine is fresh, flavorful and interesting, not to mention healthy. In tonight’s 2-hour class, we’ll learn some of the fundamentals of basic Asian cooking with Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt.
It will be a great night of culinary fun with Chef Jill as she teaches basics like knife skills, sautéing, sauce-making and more. You’ll learn how to prepare classic Asian dishes such as Spicy Sichuan Dumplings and Minced Pork with Noodles, plus a lesson on Fried Rice. You’ll walk away with tons of information on how to cook these authentic Asian delights in your own kitchen.
