(No Longer Available) Holiday Yule Log (Bûche de Noël) with Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner

You only thought making a Buche de Noël was complicated! Pastry Chef and culinary instructor Natasha Goellner is eager to lead you through the process of preparing the components and then you’ll create your very own traditional Yule Log.
She’s a graduate of The French Culinary Institute and past owner of Mulberry & Mott’s and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room so rest assured you’re learning from one of the best in the business.
This traditional French dessert served near Christmas is actually a specific type of genoise (sponge cake), a buttercream icing and edible decorations such as meringue mushrooms, berries and “snow” to resemble a miniature actual Yule log.
You’ll tie on an apron and work with Chef Natasha, socially distant of course, as she walks you through the steps to prepare the cake, then you’ll learn to work with buttercream icing as she shows you how to create the edible “forest mushrooms!”
You will enter into the realm of decadent desserts that celebrate the flavors of the French holiday season and learn how to make a classic Bûche de Noël to take home and proudly display on your Christmas table to impress your family and friends.
