Tonight, instructor Brent Grider will lead gents (and ladies!) on a whiskey lover’s journey into the seldom seen, obscure and unusual yet fabulous scotches and whiskeys.

This informative class will provide a comprehensive overview of the wide world of whiskey. Or, is it whisky? Guess what… they’re both right, and there IS a difference between the two.

You will learn how to taste and talk about whiskey while comparing whiskey styles, ingredients and origins. We’ll get to the bottom of the barrel with three straight-up, classic whisky cocktail tastings - Manhattan, Whiskey Smash and the ever-popular Old Fashioned. And yes, we’ll add some perfectly paired foods with the whiskey tastings to help keep you straight up on your stool.

This is an ideal class for all levels – experienced whiskey adventurers and those just starting their journeys. Even if you think you know whiskey/whisky, we guarantee that you’ll be amazed at what you’ll learn.
