Cook Like an Italian… including a Handmade Pasta Lesson (Another Handmade Pasta Class on 2/27)

This evening you’ll learn to cook tasty Italian cuisine from one of the best. Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is an engaging culinary instructor with an easy-to-understand teaching style – plus, she’s lots of fun!

She’ll share her tips and teach fundamental cooking techniques as you learn to create authentic (and elegant) Italian dishes that are perfect for both entertaining and for quick weeknight meals. 

You’ll 'get your Italian on' as you tie on an apron and follow along as Chef Jill shows you, step-by-step, how to make a batch of handmade pasta dough. 

Then, Chef Jill will move seamlessly into a sauce-making lesson as she shows off her mad cooking skills while preparing a hearty Bolognese Sauce, the ever-popular Fettuccini Alfredo and more. And of course, we’ll end on a sweet note with homemade Cannoli – that you’ll get to help fill!

We guarantee a fabulous Saturday night of Italian cooking fun. Mangia!

NOTE: For Onsite Classes,when you arrive, please check in with our Class Assistant who will give you information as to where you will be seated.  We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing. In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City.
