‘Weekend of Love’ - Couples Cook A ‘Big Easy’ Valentine’s Day Love Brunch

Bring your sweetie and celebrate Valentine’s Day with a very special “cooking for couples” experience! We’ve cooked up the perfect way for you and your luvva to spend some quality time together!

Chef Richard McPeake will teach a bayou-full of cooking fundamentals as you get the low-down for a high-brow brunch fit for a parade king or queen. You’ll even get to try your hand at some of the techniques (safely socially distanced, of course!) 

Learn some N’Awlins favorites like Poached Eggs Marchand de Vin, Brioche French Toast, N’Awlins BBQ Shrimp, Jambalaya Rice, classic Beignets with Fruit Sauce, and New Orleans Bread & Butter Pudding with Vanilla Sauce. We’ll even throw in some “Take It Easy in the Big Easy” Sunday Morning Drinks. Ayee!

After learning and cooking some excellent dishes, it’s time to enjoy a laid-back Sunday brunch to end the class. A perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day right here in our kitchen and “laissez les bon tons roulez!”
