Risotto! Risotto! with Chef Richard McPeake
Join us for a special cooking experience with a seasoned culinary instructor as we learn to make perfect Risotto, plus a bonus lesson on the proper way to cook poached Scallops that pair perfectly with risotto.
This evening Chef Richard McPeake, experienced culinary instructor, will help you discover that, with a little bit of know-how and some practice, your risotto will turn out perfectly. Once you learn the basics of preparing risotto, you’ll be astounded at the many variations such as Creamy Risotto AND a Savory Beer Risotto (that’s cooked with beer) that you’ll learn to prepare to change it up!
