Yup! We'll be sharing the same amazing culinary education you'd get if your backside were in a seat in our kitchens, except you can be in your jammies (we won't judge!). Take notes. Ask questions and have the instructor answer them LIVE! Take your skills in the kitchen up a tasty notch. Any chef will tell you that there is no substitute for proper knife skills as the foundation for all other cooking skills. We’ve been offering this powerhouse class since we opened in 1998 and interest hasn’t waned one iota!.
In tonight's online class you’ll learn all about knives that are right for you. In addition, you’ll explore sharpening, storage and other important information, plus Chef will demonstrate cutting techniques like chopping, dicing, batonette, cubes, julienne, chiffonade and more.
We encourage you to have onions and carrots on hand so you can practice the techniques learned in class.
This class is a must for all of those serious about cooking!
