The Art of Making Ricotta Gnocchi & Three Sensational Sauces
Join us for this fun cooking class where we’ll learn to make classic Italian ricotta gnocchi – those heavenly little dumplings that melt in your mouth.
Tonight’s experienced instructor Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt will show you how making ricotta gnocchi (pronounced "nee-okkee") is a little more forgiving than the traditional potato gnocchi and, in her opinion (and ours!), even tastier, so it’s a perfect variation to add to your repertoire.
She’ll also teach a few simple sauces that pair up perfectly with the gnocchi. Trust us, your friends and family will be so impressed when you serve these gems, they’ll be clamoring for seconds… and thirds! Promise.
