Gluten-Free Baking – Three Ways! with Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt

We are getting more and more requests for gluten-free cooking classes. It seems that many of you (or your loved ones) are trying to maintain a gluten-free diet due to gluten intolerance, celiac disease, wheat allergies or for other health reasons. It can be overwhelming.

We have the perfect expert to show you how it’s done. Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is excited to teach today’s informative gluten-free baking class. She has much to bring to the table with regards to educating others about the foods that they eat - with a teaching style that’s easy-to-understand, not to mention sprinkled with lots of humor. She makes cooking FUN! 

Today you’ll be putting on an apron and getting in on a little of the baking activities as you learn three of Chef Jill’s favorite gluten-free baked goods – yummy Cookies, an easy-peasy Focaccia Bread and perfect flaky Biscuits. You’ll see how simple it really is, and that with a few tips and expert instruction, no one will guess that these goodies are gluten-free… unless you tell them!

You’ll go home with all of the recipes learned today and answers to many of your gluten-free baking questions. Sign up early on this one!
