Join Executive Chef Gary Hild for an evening of impeccable culinary education, as only Gary can provide, focusing on dishes from the Mediterranean. Tonight, we’ll spend time learning how to prepare this fabulous cuisine… recipes that smack of incredible flavors, health and longevity.
You’ll learn which fats are healthy and which aren’t, the 10 power foods, the truth about whole grains and more, in his informative and easy-to-understand teaching style.
Chef Gary will show off his mad skills as he teaches basic cooking techniques such as knife skills, whisking sautéing and more. You'll learn incredible dishes and menu ideas that can be easily incorporated into your everyday life. They are intensely flavorful and high in nutrition.
He’ll teach as he prepares Mediterranean delights such as Chickpea & Edamame Fritters served with savory Tahini Sauce, fresh Mussels steamed with Tomatoes and Prosciutto, and Grilled Lemon Basil Chicken with Tzatziki Sauce. Wow! What a delicious way to spend a Friday night.

We will be arranging our classrooms to allow for social distancing.
