Plant-Based Cooking, Italian-Style! Handmade Pasta & Other Italian Delights

Yes, you CAN follow a plant-based diet and still enjoy Italian food! Today’s instructor, Bruce Campbell, in in our kitchen and ready to teach you how it’s done. He’s designed this BRAND NEW Italian cooking class that includes several Italian dishes that are not only very delicious, but also completely plant-based.

You will begin with a yummy Tuscan Vegetable soup. Oh, and did we mention this informative class also includes a lesson on fresh pasta-making? Well, it does.

In addition, Bruce will teach essential culinary techniques while showing you how to prepare Italian delights like Polenta with a Roasted Vegetable Marinara Sauce, a tangy Cucumber and Tomato Salad. We’ll round out our plant-based menu with a flavorful Pasta Primavera.

And after all your hard work, Bruce will make Berry Bubbly Vodka Sodas (hey, it’s 5:00 somewhere!) and whip up a to-die-for Lemon & Zucchini Cake right before your very eyes. Yum. Plus, you’ll get to help prepare some of today’s dishes... and taste everything too.
